Question 1

How long will the balloon arch last with air?

Accepted Answer

Hi, most stayed inflated for about two weeks, we have had customers told us that their garland arch were still going strong a few weeks later, hope this could help you.

Question 2

How long does it take to set up a garland? I want to attach the balloons garland on the wall, how to make it look great?

Accepted Answer

Hi, it depends on what you want it to be like, we’ve had customers told us they took about 1 hour to finish it, but if you want the garland to look more gorgeous, you may need more balloons and more time will be spent. The package contains five hooks, you can use them to hang the garland at proper position on the wall - The hooks has adhesive to attach to the wall and when you peel it off, it doesn't leave any marks.
Hope that help you!

Question 3

I am interested in the navy blue option, the details say it comes with pink ribbon is that correct? And why pink when its navy, white and gold?

Accepted Answer

Hi friend,

Thank you for your support and ask a question for us.

At present, we produce two colors ribbon, pink and blue. Since our balloon garland kits are various, the color band assigned to this kit is pink. Pink color is very cute and suitable to tie balloons at the party.

Could you please leave more comments for this product? we will feedback it to our factory to improve it.

Thank you.

Question 4

How do you get balloon to stay in strip tape? They keep coming out

Accepted Answer

I didn’t have an issue with them coming out of the strip tape. It helps if you stick more then one ballon in there. If anything they would randomly pop!
