Duke's Pork Cajun Andouille Smoked Shorty Sausages, 7g Protein Per Serving, 5 oz.

These were really good, even though a bit too spicy for my stomach [I've had invasive stomach surgery, so I have to be really careful]. They were, again, very tasty, but I avoided ordering them a second time because of the level of spice. I did like the flavorings of the chili lime variety, and the hickory bbq peach, and the regular smoked shorties. May try other flavors as well. This brand is high quality all around.

They are good. Not over powering but with about the right flavor and seasoning. Give them a rry

Very disappointed. Jerky is hard but these were way too hard.Spices were not what I expected.

The flavor was great you could really taste the bell pepper I would buy these again but they were close to expiry and kind of dry.

these are good, regardless of flavor. the best ones are the cheapest, of course, but the price fluctuates so it just depends on the day. i like the lime chorizo version best, but all are very tasty.

Was delivered expired. Finally realized after they were a completely different texture and was RANCID. Delivered August 8 2025 expired July 12 205. Very very disappointed and I hate half of one so I hope I do not get sick.

Delicious. I’m sure there are beef stick brands out there I haven’t tried, but I’ve tried a lot, and none come close to Dukes. Texture is great, it has that snap. The variety of flavors is nice. I am very confused as to why Dukes doesn’t have higher ratings online?

Uh... it's the thought that counts?This is the second flavor of Duke's shorty sausages I've tried, and it will likely be the last. As other reviewers have noted, they have some kind of aversion to salt. The smokiness of these is nice, but it's overwhelmed by what I think is bay leaf. It's a weird flavor that I do not associate with andouille or any other sausage I'd want to eat.
