Very warm and comfortable socks
Very warm and comfortable socks. I just spent three years stationed in Hawaii and moved to Maryland at the beginning of January. Obviously, its a slight climate change. In preparation for returning to a state that has seasons I ordered these for wear with my Ariat's worried that it will take some time for my feet to adjust to their first winter in three years. These socks have been great! They fit as expected around the foot and have a slight compression around the bridge and arch of the foot. The only thing that stops me from giving a 5th star is that I wish they came a little higher up on the calf. They are advertised as "Over the calf length". I'm average size guy standing at 5'11". They do not fit over my calf. They stop about three inches below the knee at the largest part of the calf muscle. This would not be a big deal if worn with hiking boots or a work boot. With western boots you want a sock that fits over the calf to prevent the top of the boot from rubbing against bare skin. About once an hour I have pull these back up anytime I'm doing a lot of walking. Despite this minor nuisance, they keep my feet warm and foot comfortable. If you don't wear western style boots, the should be a 5 star product for you.

Premium socks
My husband has to have socks high enough and with enough compression to stay up and protect his legs from the AFO’s he wears everyday. These do just that.

Comfy socks
I have super thick calves and it's hard to find a comfortable over the calf sock - until these. These socks are warm, soft and comfortable. These comfortably fit over the calf snugly (but not too tight). They stay up all day keeping your feet warm (I used recently with hunting boots in low 30 weather and my feet were not cold).
