This pencils softer than others but you can use it to your advantage. I really love the colors and the quality. The fact that they don’t roll is a super useful. I didn’t use many colors yet, since it’s just so beautiful and I keeping them for special painting. I had to contact seller with a question and I got immediate response. Review: When only the best will do - I love Caran D'Ache products. These are some of the finest pastel pencils you can buy. Quality, lightfast pigments with a softer feel. I have tried many types of pastel pencils, but these outperform on pastelmat and velour. They never fail to lay down a vibrant color even after multiple layers. I just finished this tiger pastel on black velour and it gives you an idea of just how vibrant the colors are and how well they layer. It is rare to find a white pastel pencil that does this well on a black velour surface. ## Features - Creative art materials - Supplies - Quality art products ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00ADT9O3W | | Additional Features | Blendable, Water Soluble | | Age Range (Description) | Adult | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #382,293 in Arts, Crafts & Sewing ( See Top 100 in Arts, Crafts & Sewing ) #1,417 in Drawing Pencils #5,188 in Pencils | | Body Shape | Round | | Brand | Caran d'Ache | | Brand Name | Caran d'Ache | | Closure Type | Click-Off Cap | | Color | multicolor | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 152 Reviews | | Drill Point | Medium | | Global Trade Identification Number | 07630002319676 | | Grip Type | Smooth | | Hand Orientation | Ambidextrous | | Included Components | Writing | | Ink Base | Oil | | Ink Color | Multicolor | | Item Diameter | 1 centimeters | | Item Dimensions | 5 x 1 x 1 inches | | Item Type Name | Premium writing instruments | | Item Weight | 16 ounces | | Line Size | 2mm_and_above | | Manufacturer | Cell Distributors | | Material | Wood | | Material Type | Wood | | Model Name | PASTEL PENCILS | | Model Number | 788.48 | | Recommended Uses For Product | Coloring, Drawing, Sketching, Painting, Artistic Application | | Style | Creative | | Theme | Artistic Creativity | | Unit Count | 84 Count | | Warranty Description | No Warranty | | Writing Instrument Form | Pastel Pencil | | Writing Technique | pencil lead | ## Product Details - **Age Range (Description):** Adult - **Brand:** Caran d'Ache - **Color:** multicolor - **Ink Color:** Multicolor - **Writing Instrument Form:** Pastel Pencil ## Images ![Set of 84 Pastel Pencils In A Wood Box (788.484) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/718QvtFmRSL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Style** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best price and awesome set! *by Y***A on May 15, 2019* So happy to finally having this gorgeous set of pastel pencils.
