Bixby Mustache and Beard Comb- Black

it wasn't able to comb my stache. the bristles didn't connect right with it and it kind of just passes over my stache then run through the it

This isn't for the product itself, which I don't own, but for the company. I was interested in one of their combs, and believed, based on their website (and other retailers) that their products are made in the U.S.A. (the company, is, apparently, based in Seattle). I always try to support American manufacturing, when possible, and I emailed this company, directly, to inquire if their products, or, more specifically, the one I was interested in, was manufactured in the U.S.A. I got NO response. I emailed my inquiry again. NO response. After a third try and still no response, I moved on. I never found any information on their website, answering, one way, or the other, if their products were made in the U.S.A. Now, their website's F.A.Q. does address this issue:"Are your products made in the USA?""Made in America is not always better or truly stated when a product is marketed as such. We 100% agree with supporting a local economy when suitable however in a globalized world trade is more important than ever. Our Iconic ZYL line is imported and honored to have such quality products made" (sic)"Why use foreign production?""Much like people around the world praise the work of German cars from Germany and Mexican pavers from Mexico. Italian and Chinese artisans have been crafting quality goods from ZYL since the birth of its invention and recognized for their expert craftsmanship"As an American who supports American manufacturing and jobs, I find this unacceptable. If your company's products are made overseas, then have the nerve to declare that upfront.
