Anti Collision Window Stickers for Bird Strikes, Circle, 20 Pieces | Glass Window Decals,Stop Birds from Hitting Windows

I thought of writing a review on this product as it helped me to save life of lot of birds. Week ago I had two birds hitting my two large windows as shown in the pictures attached and they died next day due to internal damages I guess, I tried giving them water to revive them, it worked for a little while but that was it. They see my windows like a mirror, reflecting the sky as you could see yourself from the picture I have taken from outside. After using these stickers 10 per window, it worked. How I know this? As soon as I finished one window, while I was watching directly at the window from inside, I saw one bird coming towards the window like a bullet and immediately took a quick turn after seen the butterfly stickers on the window. My wife also have seen the same on another day, so it is working and so far so good. Hence I highly recommend this product to safe birds hitting windows due to reflection. The stickers are good quality as well, they stick very well so far did not come off and I have a feeling they may be hard to remove, which is okay as I don't plan to remove them anyway.

The design and appearance are very important to me, and these look great. Hard to capture in a photo but they are beautiful, and super easy to apply. I waited six weeks to write this review so I could see whether they worked, and I am happy to report no bird strikes thus far. Also no sign of peeling off after a number if rainstorms. I wish I had found these sooner. For another window I purchased a very expensive custom made system of (essentially) hanging heavy strings, recommended on several bird sites. These shiny decals work just as well, are a tiny fraction of the price and much more attractive. Highly recommended!

They are easy to put on - haven’t attempted to take them off. They Do Not work. Birds still smash into window on a daily basis. They aren’t worth the money.

We had no birds last year. The sound of silence was deafening and depressing, until my husband put bird feeders in our yard. Now we have all sorts of birds, all day. Unfortunately, a couple of times, one flew into our window and got stunned. That was not ok with us and we searched Amazon for a solution. These decals are perfect. They’re pretty and, so far, we’ve had no more incidents of birds flying into the window. I kept the paper backing for my little grandchild to color. The only issue I had was that it was slightly, just slightly difficult to remove the backing from the decals, which are a good thickness and easy to place on the window. So far, we’re happy with this purchase.

I had my doubts about these but they work great! I was getting many birds hitting my patio door that reflected the tree line to the rear of my yard. Since I put these up I have not had one single hit that I know of and I'm home a lot. Highly recommend. **UPDATE** After buying and using these twice, I found removing the adhesive is extremely difficult. When I removed the first ones, I tried several methods and gave up so I placed the new ones where the old ones were. It's not like I covered the first 'layer' but just remnants of them. The second time they were very worn so they were mostly transparent. I used a putty knife to remove what I could and had some success with applying Goo Gone and scrubbing with hot, soapy water. They will need at least one or two more applications to, hopefully, get the rest off. For this headache, I had to scrub and scrape off two stars. Had the removal been as easy as the application, I would have left it at five.

I was very excited to use these to keep birds from crashing into my picture window. It does NOT work. The decals are very reflective and look like Christmas lights from the street. The birds don't even notice them. I put them all on the window which makes it distracting for me to watch the birds in my garden. But almost as soon as I had gone inside a bird crashed into the window. We have so many hits and some are fatal. Before I bought these, I had hung Paracord in front of the windows. I was looking for something more attractive than this. The paracord does work, so I hung it back up. I'm very disappointed and feel betrayed by the description of this product.

We began to have a problem with the windows at the back of our third story apartment. A bunch of birds took up residence behind us and they kept flying into our windows. I didn't want them to keep getting hurt or dying and looked into ways to help them. I can confidently say that after having these in the windows for at least a year at this point that I've had SIGNIFICANTLY less birds hitting the window. I can only remember two in the past year when before these it was at least one every other day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these for high traffic bird areas.

These work very well- the number of bird strikes has dropped dramatically since installation- to almost ZERO! The backing was a bit difficult to peel off but once started all was good. Time will tell how they hold up but so far I'm very pleased. UPDATE: Still pleased with the functionality- bird strikes are still much reduced. However, they do fade with sun exposure- I was expecting more than the 7-8 months' service they provided. The upside is that they are inexpensive, so replacements are not a hit to the wallet, and I will order again.

Seems to be effective will know better in the spring
