It has cut design to make the shine outstanding. So far I’ve had no problem with the shine going away or tarnish. But I only wear this to go to work or out of the house, not keeping it all day all night, or shower with it. It is coated with a thin layer of gold over sterling silver. Eventually over wear I would expect the silver to peak through. So it is a piece to treat with care. If you do, you’ll enjoy this beauty for longer.
