Organic Psyllium Husk 99% Purity Lab-Tested Gluten-Free

Got this to replace using fybogel, which can work out quite expensive. This product is packaged really well and is easy to close securely afterward. I've been having one tsp at night Ina glass of water which I drink quickly as it swells. It's tasteless and easy to drink. Feels like fybogel and works exactly the same. You can put this in porridge or any cold drinks too. Highly recommend. It's been a great way to stay regular and increase my fibre!

My third purchase from this company as price point remains competitive. I just have one teaspoon sprinkled on my cereal in the morning (weet-bisks) and add lots of milk and it certainly keeps me regular, it just soaks into the milk and is totally tasteless. Just make sure to drink plenty throughout the day. Wish I had known about this years ago instead of horrid docusate that gives me violent stomach ache and other recommended laxatives which mean you daren't leave the house! Not aware of any side effects. Gentle and effective.

This was recommended by my GP and it really works! It can help with loose digestion or the opposite which is clever! You just need to take it with a big glass of water for it to work properly . It’s soluble fibre and it turns to a thick gel - you just need to drink it fast when stirred into water and as it’s like drinking wall paper paste! (it’s worth it though).

Works well (and doesn't taste disgusting like some other products I could name!) A level soup spoon on your muesli is just right.

Maybe a bit unconventional but I got this for my cat after he was really sick with a gastro bug. The vet recommended it. I’m not sure if it aided in his recovery but he is better! Cats are very picky so I was amazed that he actually ate his food when I had mixed this in, I was sure he would notice! It’s odor free and must dissolve in the moisture of the cat food. It’s a pretty big bag and wasn’t overly expensive. So can’t say what it will do for humans but it served a poorly cat well!

This is the first time I've purchased the product but I've had Psyllium Husk from another supplier before so had a benchmark for comparison. It's a great price, does exactly what it says it does and while it isn't the nicest thing if you just put it in water, if you mix it with a protein shake or include it in backing it is absolutely fine and you get all the benefits. i'll definitely be buying this again.

Very happy with this product. Using for constipation. I find it gentle and doesn't bloat. Already ordered my 2nd lot.

The bag has a resealable opening to keep the husk fresh, although sometimes the little pieces of husk get in between, making it hard to seal. I would recommend a different sealing method. Regardless, good product, good price. I am happy with the purchase and super content with the results of adding more fiber to my diet.
