I have been menopausal for several years now and I always struggle with vaginal dryness. It’s uncomfortable and very itchy. Most doctors recommend gels and lotions, but these gave me UTIS, terrible. This supplement however worked for me the first week I started taking it. I take two tablets a day. One with breakfast and one with lunch and no more itchiness or dryness. Im very happy with this products. However, it’s very expensive and the pills don’t taste very good. I can get used to the taste, but the price is expensive. But again, quality product for sure. No side effects whatsoever. I have been taking it for almost two months now.

3rd ingredient is pearl oyster shell...I am not allergic but I don't consume shellfish products. I know many are allergic so I wanted to alert others to it. Can't attest to how well this product does or does not work. Other products by this company have good reviews though. I am not sure of the use for the shell other than maybe calcium. I know coral calcium is another form that is often used in Ayurveda but medical supervision when taking it is recommended. Perhaps that is why?
