Best tea in the World for soft water, in Scotland we where the first people to blend tea to fit our water.When it comes to this vendor I most compliment them for above and beyond service.

Good tea, but problems with customs
Good product, but shipping was considerably delayed due to a grossly incorrect invoice. The package was stopped by Norwegian customs and I had to try to explain to them why £70 of tea was invoiced £10. It took a couple of weeks extra before it finally arrived. Not satisfied.
