The EazyPod Automatic is a self-cleaning, mechanical and biological filter system for garden ponds up to 2,640 gallons. The integrated control box contains an adjustable timer which initiates a cleaning cycle automatically - meaning your filter will clean itself even when you’re not there! Inside the control box, the electronic connector blocks control the automated waste valve, along with your choice of circulating pump (not supplied). It even houses an integral air pump which kicks in automatically to clean the K1 Micro media. Crystal clear, healthy water is achieved by K1 Micro filter media, which also provides enhanced biological benefits by way of its protected surface area. The Eazypod UV Automatic features an integrated 18 Watt UVC built in to the inlet section of the filter, helping to clear green water. Available in 2 models, users can select either the EazyPod Automatic or the EazyPod UV Automatic (with built-in 18 watt UV).

Pond has never been this clean
Struggled for years to keep the pond clean but this filter solved the issue in a moment. Great product.

Poor build quality
The media could not be loaded. Firstly the company who supplied this product are first class. The product arrived damaged, the ballast was cracked on the uv but quickly replaced by the supplier. As per the video the internal rubber collar wasn’t even tightened, both bands. As I had just completed the installation water poured out. This is my second easypod but I feel for the best part of £900 I would expect a product assembled probably and better packaged.

Customer aftercare/service Extremely poor
I’ve had the non automate version of this product for over 10 years so I wanted to ungraded to this.Firstly let me say the product is fine it’s the service from the company that was extremely poor and took up a lot of my time. The manual said I could register the product online I couldn’t. I had to email a photo. I then wanted a waste pipe connector as per page 9 of the manual. The Evolution web site was very poor at describing the parts and the models they refer to so I sent an email , followed by around a dozen more over a two week period and never got a reply, I phoned in the middle of these but was told no one could help me as support staff were working from home and I should email!I fixed the problem with help from elsewhere.When I got my pod set up and working I found the cleaning process only half emptied the chamber.They are no instructions as to how to fix this issue in the manual or online. After five or six days of daily emails to the supplier of the product it turns out I had to remove a “do not remove” sticker from the timer and amend the cleaning time. If the manual had told me I could amend the cleaning time and how to deal with this it would’ve been two minute job and not one that ran for over a week due to slow responses of communication from the supplier of the product. However we got there in the end as for the manufacture of the product still no response.

Dissatisfied
Ordered this with great expectations. Nothing but problems. Waste valve was not working after a few weeks it was returned for repair in October. Took a while to come back. Not working again and dirty water going back into pond again!!! Lost some fish. Have contact with company as still under warrant. NOTHING!!!! Spent all that money and pond is filthy. Hopefully they will come back to me but no holding my breath. Good reviews on Amazon but I certainly not happy.
