Living under dire warnings that my ancient Tesco Mobile 2G phone was about to be defunct I had the job of selecting either a simple (4G) replacement or a budget smart phone. Bit of a toss-up, but I liked the idea of a palm-of-the-hand job with a leather case (paid extra). In practicality little more carry around weight than I had before. I had two problems with my SIM card. It was a large full-scale SIM (not the Nano this takes) and wasn't compatible with 4G! However a phone call to customer support brought me a new card through the mail. To be noted they turned off my old card at the start of the day it was meant to arrive and I was without phone for a few hours. If the post had been delayed I would have been in big problems. First impressions is that is fairly light and despite its age runs all my popular Aps well. Video playback and streaming is on the money. Not going to be using them on here apart from under emergency conditions, but nice to have them. Naturally you are have to do a bit of updating (even Android) and cleaning up. This might take a while so be aware if you want to use it straight away. The phone functions straight out of the box even without the upgrades. The phone came with no written instructions (easy to find on the internet) and no key needle for the SIM opening. Hardly a problem as any needle will do the job. Can but them separately for a few pounds. Charging cable and charger were cheap, but worked. Instructions are hardly needed if you have used a tablet before, but if you are total dinosaur then it could be tricky. Battery life is generally good and it is an all-day phone. Charges quite quickly. Camera is average, but that isn't bothering me. Sound playback is also very average, even through good headphones. Think of these things as bonuses. FM Radio was a bit duff too. Maybe my location? In summation, it is a dated phone (with price to match) that will get your basic needs done. Weight and size is a big plus as is the fast charging. I am giving it four out of five because of my very modest needs. If you are trapped on buses and trains for hours then you are probably wanting something a little better or newer. Probably bigger though and not quite as pocket sized.

The battery life is not a full day

If I could give no stars I would, this has been worse phone iv had, i have had nothing but issues with this if i had another phone i would have sent this back, my work app, my bank and few other apps say not compatible with this device this was ment to be a upgrade from my last phone that was compatible, it's slow very slow, my vape battery lasts longer, the memory claims to be 32Gb it is not, it's not worth the money, dont get me wrong fully aware wasnt going to be the best, but you would get better quality from CEX

Slow to charge and operates slowly but condition is good

This phone is honestly the bar for what everyone needs. Does all the basics and does them well. Also lasts a long time! Perfect screen size without being stupidly big or annoyingly small, does slow down a little bit over time, but not to the point its unusable. If you're looking for a basic phone or a spare this will do everything you need!

Bought for my sons 9th birthday, excellent phone , does everything it's meant to do , is easy to use and my son loves it.. definitely worth every penny paid for this item , excellent battery life and the screen size is just perfect .

Super Handy

Muy buen móvil por su precio. Funciona fluido para el uso diario, es cómodo de manejar y la batería dura todo el día. El Dual SIM es muy práctico y la calidad de pantalla y cámara es correcta. Ideal si buscas un teléfono sencillo y fiable.

Pour un reconditionné franchement je ne pensais pas le recevoir quasiment neuf excellent surtout quand je compare à l'état du mien je recommande franchement pour le prix merci au vendeur.
