My wife loves nitro everything. Cold brew, monster, pepsi, anything. So I got her this for Xmas. Since opening it she has made nitro cola (soda stream syrup) and nitro choccy milk, and has come up with numerous ideas for other things to put in this device. Works very well for her and does so much more than coffee if you're creative with it.

The media could not be loaded. It seems simple enough, add nitrogen to a container with coffee and then drink some coffee. For some reason the devices can cost upwards of $200 to get this done. That being said I am a sucker for new things, and nitro cold brew is my new thing. It really does change the texture and the taste of the coffee, makes it much lighter and really becomes part of my daily routine. The key is getting the correct equipment, I think they finally resolve their instructions. If you have the metalhead, you do not need to change to the piston with the red rings, unless you want coffee all over your face and kitchen.The five stars is really a testament to the customer service in the company. When I had an issue with my unit, they literally responded within three hours, and were incredibly helpful and took my issues very seriously. I think customer service is still very important, and I always prefer companies who are willing to make their customers happy.

So I had some issues with the delivery (due to USPS) but the vendor was extremely responsive and helpful in fixing the situation. I love this thing! I'm the only coffee drinker in my household, so I didnt want to purchase a nitro maker that was too big; this one is perfect for 1 person! This is my process:1. add cold brew concentrate, water, and a few ice cubes to the container2. install nitro pod3. shake and let rest for a few minutes4. pour out half and put the other half back in the fridgeWith this method, the foam and nitro doesnt dissipate before I finish drinking. I havent tried making a nitro latte yet, but I'm excited to try!

I agree with the many other sellers about this nitro charger dispenser. It definitely has a problem with leaking and the problem occurs because of very cheap and flimsy O-rings that are supposed to seal the device do not do so. They are really flimsy and certainly not sufficient to seal a nitro canister dispenser. Otherwise it might be a good product. I would suggest that the seller spend a little extra money on good O-rings. Sad

Product is excellent. Very well build and easy to use. Cleaning is simple. Produces fantastic nitro brew that is easy to dispense and it’s easy to take on the go! …only fault is that it is small in the amount of volume you get out of it. You can only fill 2/3-3/4 to get good Nitrogen infusion, which leaves you with only 16-18oz of coffee per batch…I ended up buying the Royal Brew Nitro Keg (64oz) so that I’ll have several days of coffee all ready to serve 👍🏻

Originally I was considering the another brand but isn’t totally comparable to one another other.I am a big fan of nitro coffee but because of the cost tend to be high It certainly feels like a treat. It took me a few tries to figure out the amount of coffee, shaking, etc to adjust to my liking. Once that was established, our relationship became golden.I am very satisfied with my purchase.

This does what it is designed to do very well. My cold brew tastes fantastic and it is fun to watch the bubbles cascade. This particular model is nice for 2 cups of coffee so I kinda wish I would have gotten the larger size so I could use the nitrogen charges more economically. I'm interested to try NO2 for whip cream next. Recommended for people that want to take their coffee to the next level.

I love changing my coffee routine sometimes and this really brings me so much fun and excitement to that process. It’s so fun to make and satisfying to watch pour. Also the cold brew always comes out fantastic. So happy I impulsively bought this while it was in stock. Very fun to show and share with friends as well. Super easy to use and got it on my first try. Highly recommend if you’re considering.
