We have one upstairs and one downstairs, had a lot of mice around. For the first few days did not notice any difference, after about a week all went quiet. All through the winter we had no problems so they did the job and we are very happy and no creepy crawlies either.

VERY DISSAPOINTED. Have used loads of these sort pest control. None is this unreliable, but this is the most expensive one. Having used these sort for many years, I love them. Thinking buying an expensive and upgraded 2019 ones will be amazing, so decided to invest bit more. Looks cool, seems to have cool function. But... :1) it has a switch button to turn it on. But, everytime you unplug, and plug it back in, it needs to be pushed again to switched on. So, if you have power surge or power failure, you will not noticed that his turns off too, and you have to manually push it again.2) used it in different homes. Kept having problem having to push the button. Use it for less than a month, both stop working. Waste of money :(

Completely uselessDO NOT BUY !!It “appeared “ to work for a few weeks, then stopped...just long enough to be out of the Amazon returns time !Not impressed ....Now it appears to be “Unavailable “ ???

Pretty disappointed about this item. It is more expensive than my previous another brand pest repeller, but it is worse than the cheaper repeller. I can even heard the bi——sound and my ear feel painful after hearing that. Not recommend for people who live with pets and kids

Simple to install, just plug it into a 13 amp socket and switch on.When I ordered it I was a little sceptical as to the claims made by the supplier. Many months later both my garage and shed are free from spiders and all insects. Great product, highly recommended.

Hi,Purchased these twin mouse repellers from you a month ago and they have both already stopped working. When clicking on the startup button both show the green light - one just switches off while the other is stuck in the initiation loop. I'm very disappointed in the quality and reliability of these repellers and would like to know how you attempt to resolve this asap. I look forward to hearing from you
