They cut flex cuffs very well and are easy to use. As long as they last I will be happy with this purchase. If they break I will update my review.

This is probably the only thing that can cut through disposable plastic handcuffs. We used cuffs to secure some outdoor Christmas ornaments, which worked very well. However, without this cutter, it would still have been Christmas in July at our house! The cutter worked perfectly and safely. It requires some hand strength, but I think any adult could make it work just fine.

It works great. Out last the name brand that I bought along with it.

Once I received it seemed a little pricey for what was there. Hope it lasts, blade looked a little flimsy.

Item arrived quickly. Cutter works great -- even with the heavy duty disposable restraints, made for large persons with larger wrists and greater body mass.

Works extremely effective. I'm in law enforcement & cutting through flex cuffs are very easy with this item.
