Can I power 2 10" 150w rms with this guy? I dont really understand bridging

It is a monoblock amplifier, meaning 1 channel, therefore bridging is impossible. You can't bridge 2 together if there is only 1. That being said you could possibly your two subs with it by running them in parallel. You would need to check the impedance (ohms) of the subs. This amp is 2 ohm stable. If you run two 4 ohm subs parallel then you have a 2 ohm load and you are fine to run this amp. According to the specs it would then give you 300 RMS and be perfect. If the subs are any other impedance, then I would not recommend that setup.

Will this Amp allow Bridging?

It is a monoblock amp with only one channel so you can not bridge it. To bridge an amp you must have at least two channels.

Can this amp power a bazooka mbt1014 10-inch 4-ohm marine subwoofer?

Yes, it will power the Bazooka sub. This amp puts out 200w at 4ohm load, and the Bazooka has a 150w max rating. Keep the gain turned down on the amp when breaking in your sub.
