X5 Front Kidney Grille for 2014-2019 X5 F15 X6 F16 X5M F85 X6M F86

Super easy install! Looks super clean and fits perfectly!

It seems to be a quality product, but difficult to install. Specifically it is difficult to get the old grill out without breaking the old grill despite viewing all the videos on Utube and being a reasonably skilled person with a variety of tools. However once the old grill is out, the new one installs easily and fits well and looks great. Breaking the old grill is not really a problem unless you want to reinstall it which is unlikely. However one must be careful not to break any of the tabs on the body in order to have a proper fit for the new grill.

I have a 2021 BMW X5 e/PHEV with M trim and the gloss black double slat grille was crazy easy to install. You just need a flat head screwdriver to push down and pop out the initial grille (I YouTubed it - the grooves to remove it are under the hood), but be careful as the front camera (should you have one) is installed in the grille and will have to be popped out as well (no screwdriver needed for that though - also, pay attention to which way is up for the camera!). Then you just pop the camera in the new grille and push the tabs back into the hood area (again, no tools needed here). Can’t believe how easy it was and how good it looks for under a hundred bucks! What a steal!

These could easily sell for more $$ I was anxious they would look cheap but they really look good. If I could change anything, I wish there was more thickness to the outer shell. I had some trouble with the top clips latching in on my F15 40e. Need to go back in and will update review if its product, not installer.

Bought my x5 M-sport used and needed to replace both grilles. They were literally hanging on by a thread. Looked into OEM but didn't want to spend that much on something that may or may not last. These were perfect! They actually felt more sturdy than the originals. Like some of the other reviews every clip but one on each snapped into place but I don't fear them falling out at all. They were also really quick to put in; took me longer to get the old ones out than it did putting these in.

Note: I didn’t install it myself because I was going to mess it up my brother in law is a very good mechanic and car enthusiast so I told him if he could install it he did it in 10 min didn’t struggle at all and turned out perfect .it won’t fit exactly the same as Oem but it clips and everything.

Great fitment. Feels solid. Easy 15 minute installation. Highly recommend loosening the upper portion of the bumper when installing. Definitely worth the price if you don’t mind non-OEM

Gloss is not too shiny as I was expected, but for is not bad. Arrived on time and well protected.

I bought these replacement grills but should have read the reviews rather than count on the customer rating. Cheap plastic garbage. The tabs wouldn’t quite fit and when I applied a bit of pressure to get the tabs to click the grill broke. The other side did the same thing. Then you can’t get the grill off without breaking the entire thing. Wish I could get my money back but the grill is in pieces. Lesson learned ....... you get what you pay for. I’ll never buy from this seller again.
