Waterproof for sure!!!
Easy to set up, takes a bit to figure out how to twist and fold it back up, better master that before not being able to watch the videos if camping very remotely. Endured some very heavy storms one night and it was a trooper keeping us dry. I expected to see some sort of leak somewhere and there was not a single drop.

Grandparents need this on hand! Roomy, easy to set up, & also inside EMERGENCY shelter!
So far so good, this tent is much bigger than I expected and super cool! It’s got great room inside and the super helpful storage with rain/wind block in the vestibule. My son loved it, gave it to him for Christmas and we immediately set it. It’s not a real backpacking tent, as the shape and weight are awkward for that, unless you were not hiking far and one person didn’t mind carrying it in strapped to their pack? This could easily sleep 4, or would be fantastic for 4-8 smaller cousins or friends to pack into! Grandparents could definitely use this for when the grandkids come to visit—outside or in a garage or rec room. It packs up flat, so finding a place for it when not in use is super easy. Better yet, PARENTS bring this in the car when visiting friends and if kids get bored they can play in this. Because it’s double walled it’s dryer and quieter, in my opinion. There are great windows to open to get light and airflow, and not leave kids unattended. I would recommend practicing several times to close it, or just watch the video each time until you get the swing of it—which I will have to do as I’ve only closed it up twice! Lol Added 3/2021. Imagine if more Texan’s had this inside their homes. I think more families wouldn’t have suffered as much from lack of heat if they all piled into this to keep warm during the power outages. Would it give them electricity? No. But they would have kept warmer & maybe less panicked. Also consider a Jackery, 12Volt blanket & emergency foods for the next disaster.

Great tent worth the money - includes breakdown instructions to fold it up
There have been a lot of mixed reviews on this tent and I have waited to post my review until we had used it in every configuration and in all kinds of weather. Overall this is a great tent and well worth the money. Set up takes five minutes including staking it down. I recommend buying sturdier stakes than what is provided. Also the tent poles supposedly for the front canopy are not necessary and we have never used them. Folding it back up is another story altogether. It does take some practice to get it right and it does take two people to make it easier. The key to folding the tent up correctly is twisting it into a figure 8 once you have gathered both sides together, then putting both halves of the figure 8 together and then twisting it into a figure 8 again to get it to the size that will fit in the bag. My wife and I had to practice it about a dozen times while watching the video to get it right. Hopefully these instructions will help since the ones on the bag of the tent are not really clear. The size of the tent is perfect for two adults - I am 6'2" and my wife is 5'9" and we both fit in there no problem. We have used a king size air mattress in it and it does fit but you will not have room for anything else. We have also used two adult cots in it and they do fit with just a little extra room. If you put cots in this tent you have to be very careful when putting them in and taking them out that you don't rip the floor. This tent handles weather really well. In warm dry weather the vents keep the tent as cool as a tent can be in 90 degree weather. In the cold it does keep the wind from penetrating although when it gets to freezing temperatures it is going to be very cold inside the tent so plan accordingly. With regards to rain - we have had no problem with our tent leaking or handling light to moderate rain storms. All of our stuff stayed dry during both storms. However I recommend putting a tarp underneath your tent if the dew level is high - in times when there is a lot of dew on the grass the floor of the tent tends to get wet. Overall this is a great tent for the money the only real issue is folding the tent back up after use and that is why I give it 4 stars instead of 5. I hope this review is helpful and answers most of the questions you have regarding this tent.

There's a ton of space inside!
I received this tent last December but before I could test it out it got cold and snowy so I had to wait a few months. Needless to say we've got the time and good weather now to do just that. My children and I had the chance to set it up a few times in the back yard and spend the evening in it. There's more than enough for me, and my 3 kids ranging from 11 to 5 years in age. First of all, it is by far the easiest and quickest tent I've ever had the pleasure to set up. Truly, you take it out of its carrying case and it literally pops into place. Just use the provided stakes and guy lines to give it a bit more rigidity to hold up to the elements and you are in great shape. I really enjoyed the ability to place bags and shoes in the vestibule for storage out of the elements. We did not encounter any rain so I can't speak to the tent's ability to withstand that. There are 2 windows on the sides in the main part of the tent that are reachable from the inside and outside that provide some nice cross ventilation. As well as a small vent port with a post that keeps it open if you desire. the front can be unzipped and rolled back to provide even more ventilation on warm evenings where it isn't raining. Folding it up was a bit of a trick the first few times but there is an included instruction manual as well as a very helpful youtube clip from the manufacturer on how to fold it up. Now, it's a piece of cake to set up and tear down. All in all we had a very good experience in this tent. I can't wait to take it out into more camping scenerios in the months ahead.

It is really an instant tent, and the space is perfect for all the camping stuff. We used a big inflatable mattress, and it fitted perfectly. The mosquito nets are great to have with the windows open, all the air can flux. You just have to practice the folding when taking it home , but still it does not take time to put back
