Can i use this indoors on w ledge in our foyer, so water won’t leak out the bottom?

Water does not leak out of bottom. It is sealed.

I don't see why not. You may need a special paint that will adhere well to this polyresin material.

What does the self watering feature look like? Does it have a water reservoir, fill tube, wicking system, and drain hole?

The double wall design creates a trough system and a sub-irrigation water reservoir at the bottom of the planter. There is the option to provide for a fill/drain hole.
