The best available
This is the best available in US, besides one of the best in Brazilian retail that i know. It’s much thicker than others and the raising of my cheese bread is spectacular . Sweet or sour doesn’t matter. It’s really high quality.

Listen if you’re a Brazilian, you know I know I go to a real Brazilian bakery here and this stuff is so expensive in store. It’s better to just buy off Amazon. I love this product. Never had an issue with it.

Can't live without Polvilho Azedo
As a brazilian, I can't live without polvilho. Polvilho azedo in my opinion makes the best pao de queijo. These come nicely packaged and it has been the only brand I buy online in the US.
