Review: A great coffee creamer alternative - I really like this whole milk powder. It has a long shelf life, which makes it convenient to keep on hand, and the taste is very similar to regular milk. It’s also easy to mix and doesn’t take much effort to prepare. Most importantly, unlike most coffee creamers on the market, its only ingredient is whole milk which is all I want. Overall, a great option to have when you want milk without having to worry about it spoiling quickly.

A: If you vacuum seal correctly it will last for years. If not, the 25 lb box would have to be used in a year or so. I bought a 25 lb box, but they never mentioned it'll come in a single bag tied with a plastic knot. I thought they would be in #10 cans or similar. The milk is good, but you need to shelf a lot of it for long term.

A: 4.5 cups powder plus 3.75 quarts water makes 1 gallon liquid milk. If you follow this recommended recipe, our 25 pound bulk box will make 22 gallons of whole fatted milk. Thank you!
