Bula Baby Diaper Bag with Insulated 2 Bottle Bag Chevron

Bought the Bula Baby Diaper Bag for my daughter who very much likes the color"GRAY." I had some concern purchasing it since some of the Chevron design colors in the accessories looked bluebut no problem. The color is definitely gray and white. I have not given it to her as yet so I can not speak to her being satisfied with the product. It is a roomy bag and I especially like the insulated bottle keeper. In my days as new mother you used an insulated lunch box but that's another story.

I received my bag today and as soon as I opened the package I noticed the entire outside of the bag was sticky...ok wash that off and notice multiple flaws in the material. For $55 I would expect those issues not to happen.

I ended up needing to replace this with another bag. The clasp broke with normal use. The separate milk bag was not very usable as the zipper kept getting stuck.

Arrived with tons of dings in scratches in the print design. Doesn't appear sturdy at all, and looks very low quality. Very unprofessional to arrive damaged like that, and still have not heard back from customer service after messaging them about the product quality nearly a week ago.

All the reviews were saying how this is a big diaper bag so I purchased it and when I got it, it was a joke. It doesn't open wife enough to see in it or anything. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone
