Excellent Product!! I need my sweet for coffee so I got this. Taste excellent, melts instantly in my coffee and does not kick me out of Ketosis!! Not sure of the complaints of lumps. Mine was perfect powder!! If you are buying for the style of bag then your not too serious about the great product! Put it in a seal tight canister or put whole bag in a ziplock . I tried Other popular brand before this but bags smaller and more $$. This taste like the real thing with no after taste! I found Anthony’s has a lot more great products I will definitely try soon!!! Keto 15 lbs so far!!!

I use this in cheesecake to reduce calories. No one has ever recognized any change of sweetener. Blends easily into cream cheese. Smooth texture giving my cheesecake easy digestion.

I bought this with expectations of it not being quite as good as swerve but i was wrong. I thought it was better tasting so i did a blind taste test with my mom (picky about alternative sweeteners) and she choose anthony's also. Only con is it does only mildly clump together but when baking i found it to be a non issue. I f it really bugs you sift it ,but i never saw the need too in my usage.

Taste and texture comparable to the real thing. My only problem with it is that it tends to be clumpy and hard to even sift out.

Easy to use and good flavor

I wanted to order this product again but...the price jumped from $21.99 to $30.99! Too bad this is a great product for lots of delicious keto baking recipes.
