Best Every Day Carry Pilot G2 Metal Click Pen
I've now owned several of these pens, and they are easily my favorite pens of all time. At $30 as of the time of writing this, this is the best option on the market if you like Pilot G2 refills. There are plenty of good metal pens; however, limiting that to those that work well with the Pilot G2 creates a very small or expensive list. The pen itself has a great feel. When they are brand new, the mechanism may have a grindy feel. However, that goes away fairly quickly with use. You can also add some mineral oil to the mechanism to get rid of that. I've noticed the pens are now shipped with mineral oil in the mechanism which is great to see. The click itself has a satisfying tactile feel. The clicker isn't floppy after extending the ink, which is a small but nice feature thanks to the additional top clicker spring. If you care about the balance, or are into pen spinning, this pen is wonderfully symmetrical and has just the right thickness. The pen is a bit short for dedicated spinning pens; however, I find the length and diameter perfect to fit in a pocket and for writing use. The tactile feel of the grip area is nice. I've had overly textured pens in the past, knurled, or custom machined grips -- they are interesting novelties, but I find too much texture becomes an aggravation and annoyance after a while. A straight shaft with basic grooves is best. The bead blasted surface feels nice. The clip is strong, and rarely deforms. In the rare situations where I've damaged the clip, it's easily disassembled with a T5 screwdriver, bent, then reassembled. I've never lost one of these two screws after reassembly. The clip opening works well for sliding this over fabric and into a shirt or pocket. Not too stiff, not too weak. As the outer surface of the pen gets wear and tear, a brass patina will start to come out at the edges. I personally think this looks good. If you have access to a laser etcher, you can get a striking contrast in color that looks really good. The only issue I've had with the pen is the clicker cap has become unscrewed and lost on a few of the pens I've owned. Thankfully I found it in at least one case. Lastly, I've had a great experience with their customer service. It's always great to work with a company that is responsive and takes care of their customers. As some background, I've carried a Pilot G2 ink for 30 years. My personal favorite is the 0.5mm black ink. This all started while working retail in my teens -- your pen is one of your most prized and mandatory possessions in those environments. After that, a long career as an engineer means you need a pen to annotate CAD drawings or to jot down ideas. Because the Pilot G2 is plastic, I have a graveyard of pen husks with broken clips. For the last decade, I've invested stupid amounts of money into metal pens that take Pilot G2 refills. Many of these were bespoke, limited runs, or luxury pens. Unfortunately, unless that pen sits in one spot on your desk forever (and you don't have kids), you're going to lose every pen you buy. This is especially true if you're carrying it around every day. I no longer see the value in buying a pen for more than $30 if I'll lose it every 6 months.

Great Pen; Better Support
Great pen. The weight is solid and the grip is comfortable. I was not a fan of the included ink, but with the included adapter, I was able to switch out for G2 cartridges and rolled on. The black on the clip wears off on the edges, but to me, it just creates a nice patina. After using the pen (with many hours of nervous clicking) the (plastic) clicker mechanism broke. I emailed support and within five minutes received a reply. Support gave me steps to access the damage, then followed up with confirmation of replacement parts being sent free-of-charge.

Update
There is much to love about this pen. The brass is beautiful. The grip diameter is 0.420" which I think is perfect. The machined grooves in the grip make it easy to hold onto. It is VERY heavy at 1.8 oz, which makes it easy to write with. The clip is well made and durable. But there are some bad things too. The twist mechanism is stiff. There was substantial clearance between refill and body when the refill was extended, causing unacceptable amount of wobble. I felt it anytime I wrote. There was far more clearance than in other pens I own. I'd hoped it was just a problem with the Grafton brand refill, which is styled like a Parker G2. When I replaced it with an actual Parker, or Faber Castell refill, it was a disaster. Neither would fit into the twist mechanism. They must have been a few thousandths too big. That was a deal breaker for me. I returned the pen (thank you, Amazon, for your amazing return policy) and have a 2nd pen coming tomorrow. I deeply hope that the first pen was a quality control anomaly, and that the tip wobble and refill interference will be solved. If so, my rating will go from a 2 to a 5. Stand by for an update in the next day or so. But tonight, I'm deeply disappointed. --- update ---Amazon replaced the first pen and it is somewhat better. There is less clearance between pen tip and refill, and that helps quite a bit. The problem with the Parker refill sadly still remains. A standard Parker refill will not fit into the twist mechanism. I took one of my Parker refills and filed and sanded its non-tip end down about 0.005" and it works perfectly. I hope Everyman can fix this tolerance problem, because it is otherwise an excellent pen. Because the tip wobble on this pen is so much better, I've upgraded the review from 2 to 4 stars.

One of the best pens I’ve ever bought
This is probably the smoothest writing best balanced pen I have bought. I have also dealt with the company in asking for a new caption that they appear to be working on. And I will be using their pens from this point forward after that experience. They actually spoke with me and took what I said seriously. They now have a lifetime customer.

I love these pens and pencil. The parker 0.7mm refills that they come write beautifully. I have a Pilot G2 refill in the full click and Parker refills in the minis. I swapped the 0.5mm pencil refill to be a 0.7mm as well. The G2 mini refills do not fit in the mini click. It might however fit in the mini twist as it's a bit larger pen than the mini click. They're balanced and weighted perfectly. The mini clicks are small enough that you don't realize you're carrying it, yet large enough to not feel awkward to write with. I highly recommend their pens. I don't have a mini twist pen. Yet! I've had a lot of compliments on these pens. Yeah, ok, so they're a little bit pricey, but that's what quality feels like. You get what you pay for! If you can't decided on which one to get, get them all in one order, rather than 4 orders like I did. Haha! I ordered a black mini twist and I returned it because it just wasn't my thing. It was super smooth to operate and twist. It sits a bit further in the pocket. I'm a click pen kind of guy. So I wasn't sold on the twist. ALSO, PLEASE KNOW THIS.... they sell two different matte textures. The super matte and original are totally different. The super matte is boarder line chalky feeling. The original is much better and smooth velvety feel to it. I have two photos of the two different textures in the full click black. My OD green mini and full click black are super matte. The rest are original matte. I also have a full click black in original. I like that one more than the super matte. Anyways, take that into consideration and read product description very closely.

I bought this pen for my business use and it turns out to be such a fantastic pen to own and feels nice on the grip and smooth in writing. Well worth the price.
