Stools
I received a total of four stools. Three are fine. One should never have been sent out. It has a huge solid brown spot in the middle and a dent that resemble a nail pop. I contacted Bixirao via email on Feb. 11th in which they asked if there is an issue to contact them first. They enclosed a letter to the buyer and stated if there was a problem they would resolve them within 8 hours. It has been 8 days. Well there was not a number listed, thus I emailed. To date they have not replied.

Easy to assemble, finish "rustic"
Overall i am pleased with this purchase. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble 4 stools. I used "screw glue" when assembling them to hopefully help keep the screws tight over time. After about a week of use some of the screws needed tightening again, but after that they've been nice and sturdy. I chose these stools over another similar product on Amazon because they had real wood seats. However, the finish was slightly uneven on one of the seats, "rustic" maybe. But, with 3 kids, these stools get heavy use, and i like that because they are real wood it will make it easier to sand down and refinish the seats one day if needed. For about $25 per stool I have been happy with this purchase.

Misrepresented in description
The description says easy to assemble, everything included for assembly; however, the wood planks for the shelves do not have holes to screw in to the metal bars to be stabilized. The metal bars have the holes where the wood planks SHOULD be screwed in, but again no holes. Even with the use of a hand drill, the alignment would be off if you are not a professional. No other reviews for the bookcase, only bar stools. Appears to be a misrepresentation by the seller. Disappointing.

Very easy to assemble, all parts where listed and separately packaged. Finish was good. Seem sturdy.
