I ordered this ebony watch as a xmas stocking filler for our son, he collects watches. It wasn't expensive but thought it was unusual. When it arrived the watch glass face had a chip on its edge, it's fair to say we were disappointed, the watch itself was nice and as we expected, unusual. Anyway, I contacted the seller who couldn't have been more apologetic and helpful, they gave me an option of a full refund or a replacement item. The watch we ordered was now out of stock but they offered me an alternative which we accepted. The replacement arrived and is perfect, thank you for excellent service and saving the day.

I bought one of these for my husband on his birthday and the it looked so nice! It definitely looked like a more expensive watch. Great find.

Purchased this watch for my husband for our 5th wedding anniversary it’s a lovely watch and the engraving was perfect for the occasion. My husband isn’t the smallest of blokes and it only just fit his wrist but it fit that’s the main thing. If your looking for something a little more personal for a 5th wedding anniversary this is definitely a great present husband loves it and it’s a little bit quirky being a wooden face

I liked the sentiment wording on the reverse but it was a lot darker than expected on the face of the watch can hardly see the time
