The Best Bread Making Experience: Enjoy the Textures, Flavors, And Aromas Involved in Creating Using a Bread Machine

Lots of typos and sometimes reads like a poor translation from another language.Many ingredients had to be looked up. I don't have the culinary education to understand "dried yeast" or "easy blend dried yeast"; I have a choice of "bread machine yeast" or "active dry yeast" at my grocery store. I also have flour questions: granary flour, brown flour, granary bread flour, whole meal bread flour...oh yeah...wheat flakes. My grocery has regular white flour, whole wheat flour, unbleached flour, self rising flour and bread flour. Is clear honey different from local honey? A couple of the recipes seem unique and interesting but I need locally available ingredients or alternative options.
