Bought these as we needed something quick for a new build. Was expecting something a little better based on the reviews.There must be either be a number of fake reviews or people with low expectations. The poles are very light and thin gauge material. The plastic centre moulding that fits over the small pole was broken so the curtains do not slide nicely over the joint between the small and large pole.The ‘crystals’ are stuck on with some kind of adhesive that is still very sticky when you touch them and the quality of this element is very poor.I guess tacky in every sense of the word.....

Pole arrived buckled and unusable! Very poor finish with the diamonds just stuck to double sided sellotape!

Very disappointed with the quality of finials.Chrome balls with a sticky gel tape that has little bits of Glitter stuck to it, that's uneven and has section with limited glitter on. As it's an extension curtain pole the finial on the extension piece fits poorly.is too loose you have to juggle it so that you can hide the curtain round it so that you cannot see that it doesn't fit correctly also the finials with the dodgy sticker and glitter on you have to turn to the back so you cant actually see them just could not be bothered to send this item back as it's going in spare room would not recommend this item.. definitely not value for money

Very disappointed with the quality of the ends of the pole. Looks like double sided sticky tape has been dipped in some jewels that are not even facing the right way. It is not stuck on properly and doesn’t even meet at the middle. The positioning is terrible.

Although the packaging was fine, the pole was badly scratched and rusty!!! On applying to return the Item, Viceroy's return information states that as the delivery was free, it's only fair that I pay for the return, well I certainly don't think it's fair, to have to pay to return a damaged sub-standard item and beware, the description states that it is an extendable pole, what it doesn't state is that the two lengths of pole are not the same width and fit together very badly, it certainly wouldn't hold a substantial pair of curtains! The quality of the pole is rubbish, as is the customer service. This isn't the first time I have encountered Viceroy Bedding, but it will certainly be the last.

I didn't like this product because it has a very small scrub screw that doesnt fit the ends well, made in parts that doesn't seem to join well and the worst of it, they ship it without the key to screw it. It's an unusual, small size screw and i had to use a sharp knife to get the ends to hold. Just poor.

Did the person gluing the crystals on go out on the lash the night before or just forget their specs because the crystals look tacky asf and it’s still sticky!! Pole itself is flimzy and I’m not putting cheap tat up on my walls. I’m Waiting for a reply from the seller so I can return and get my refund ASAP

Curtain poles look great and value for money is exceptional. Will buy more.
