Knead through wrap and leave for at least 2 hours. Then knead well to warm your fondant before putting in the extruder. If it is still sticking dust your extruder inside and the disc with cornflour first. Would be nice to have a storage case but I use a plastic container. Different options if piping disks are very versatile. The shape disks could be a bit thicker as they bend when extruding a clay that is harder.
