I love this tea! Great taste! Lowers blood sugar. Make sure you drink it with your meal for it work good. Make sure to adjust your insulin or you will find yourself bottomed out and that's not good. I recommend drinking it with breakfast and lunch. You don't want to drop out in the middle of the night! I highly recommend the white mulberry tea! I've cut down on my insulin a lot! It's saving on prescriptions and I love it's a natural way to controll my blood sugar. If you also drink green tea to lower your blood sugar or anything else you may want to cut back. Depending on what you do and how well you are controlling your blood sugar, if your sensitive to changes, have younger children ect , it might be a good idea to have someone around when 1st tring the tea for your safety and others, just incase you bottom out and need help! Try it for a few days to see what it does to you before you grab some fast food and drink it while you have to drive! Be safe about it and take care! This may also be a great for lowering blood sugar in children and reducing the insulin use. Speak to your child's doc before starting and watch your child and test blood sugar. Now another concern is for those on insulin pumps, I don't know anything about the pumps and if you can adjust the insulin intake, use caution is all I know to say.Update : July 2014After using for months my A1C has lowered to a normal person without diebetes! Now before I decided to post this update I read a few new reviews & have to say something about the review about the green runs! Okay for those out there used to herbal remedies and natural care, you know there's a few things that happen from time to time when starting a new remedy, right! Just like eating a lot of fruit or veggies and even just sometimes the body flushes because its not used to the something new you just put in it! You may also look at it like this, you have to get the extra sugar out of the body, your body has to flush it out some how! Especially how quickly this starts working! Now if you saw this on Dr.Oz as many of us did that day he did say that there was that possible effect and it should eventually go away. So give it some time, medications have worse side effects then running to the bathroom till your body adjust to the tea! If you have this happen just remember lots of fluids and try to stay near a bathroom! IM 1000% satisfied with the results I'm getting and feel healthier than before I started it! My dr even said "I'VE NEVER HAD A PATIENT IN MY 40 YEARS OF PRACTICE TAKE COMPLETE CONTROL OF DIEBETES FROM COMA LEVEL WHEN DIAGNOSED TO "YOU NEED TO CHEAT (mmm cake and sweets!) BECAUSE YOUR DOING SO WELL KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!" Now I test my bs a lot watch what I eat, walk and excersize I also run after my toddler. I don't like the taste of this tea but it is a very mild taste so it isn't that bad. It it like a very mild spinach juice in my opinion. I did not buy it for the taste but for the sugar control. That seems to be working.It doesn't get 5 stars because there is another brand that I recently purchased on Amazon. It ships from Thailand. It is almost identical. If I swapped the outside packaging I wouldn't be able to tell. The inside zip lock looks exact, Tea bags look exact. Taste exactly the same. The other brand took about a month to arrive. This one was less than a week. However this one is 3x as expensive.

I think it is helping me but not sure because I'm on new medication but have noticed when I drink it my sugar seems lower than usual. Unforunately because it is so expensive I will not be able to continue to buy it to find out if it truly is doing what I think it is. It's nice to learn the things that could help us from Dr. OZ'S programs but if we are unable to afford it, it is quite sad that it cost $68.10. That is truly a lot for 30 teabags but who ever can afford it I would say try it by all means. Have a wonderful day or night!

Tastes great. It is more economical than the individual tea bags. Lowered my husband's blood sugar from 118 to 102. Lowered my blood sugar by 12 points. Anyone who is diabetic can benefit from this product. My husband drinks 2 cups of tea a day and I drink 1 cup a day. You can reuse the tea leaves so don't throw them out after you brew them. I make up a big pot and pour into a pitcher and keep in the refrigerator. It's great hot or cold. Our doctor is very impressed with the results of this tea on our blood sugar and now recommends it to his patients.

Got my tea today and was so excited to have a cup. Package seemed really light for 30 tea bags. These are half the size of normal bags. You need two to make a mug of tea. Tastes kind of burnt. Not at all what I was expecting. Stick to Organic White Mulberry Tea, it is a better product.

Per the recent Dr Oz recommendation of white mulberry to control sugars entering into our system, I purchased the mulberry dried berries and the mulberry tea! This review is for the tea which has a great nutty faintly sweet taste and is wonderful as an afternoon (or morning/night) drink. Essentially nutritious with no caffeine, the tea helps regulate blood sugars in the system. Although not diabetic, my glucose has been border line in the past so thought I would hedge any spikes with this easy and tasteful drink. There were no after effects or after-tastes noted.

I purchased this product because of some reviews touting it's blood-sugar lowering properties. I'm here to report that it didn't work for me. Six months before going on a White Mulberry Tea regiment, my A1C was at 7.0. I was prescribed some medicine from my doctor which I put on hold to test out the Mulberry Tea drink to see if there was any affect. Well, I just got the results of my recent blood test and I was floored. My A1C jumped to 7.7. With close monitoring of my diet and moderate exercise, there was an adverse spike in blood sugar. Maybe physically there are some changes happening, but I certainly hope not that drastic. Also, this brand is quite expensive compared to the others on Amazon. I like the taste, and was hoping for better blood sugar control. I will not be buying this product any longer, sorry.

No only does this tea help regulate your blood sugar, but it tastes fine along or mixed with coffee or tea. Very gently, pleasing flavor. Bags are packaged well to preserve freshness. I am so glad to have found this product. I don't eat a lot of food with sugar but I do drink wine, so now I have a little help.
