Built to mil design & standards but not milspec materials. Made in China. If you don't know how to rig the tops to a pack watch a youtube video or look at online pics of straps. I put these on as an upgrade to the Ruger 10-22 Takedown pack and they perform great, turning the weak strapped pack into a great get home or bug out bag. Material might be a little light quality for a full milspec A.L.I.C.E. pack load of 100+Lbs, but it's an outstanding replacement or upgrade for a day pack of ~25-50lbs. -Fmr Recon Marine. These are 1 pair of 2 straps (cut for Left/Right) in black with quick disconnect break away tabs. Built to mil design & standards but not milspec materials. Made in China. If you don't know how to rig the tops to a pack watch a youtube video or look at online pics of straps.
