As a Seattle native, this book makes me so proud of the city and surrounding areas, featuring some of our best treasures to be shared with all. The selection is a very good representation of Seattle!The pictures are lovely, with informative captions that include interesting facts, as well as descriptions that spark a desire to visit each area.For one who either lives here, or is just visiting, the book could be utilized to reflect on good memories, or to provide inspiration for exploring new options.A great keepsake gift idea!

Seattle, A Photographic Portrait II
Seattle is my home town, but I've lived away from her for over 35 years. This book is not only beautiful but reflects the true spirit of this wonderful city!! The narrative sparkles ( "Louie Louie" as a state song? Wouldn't that be grand?) and the photography is absolutely amazing!! I can't wait to order more as gifts for Christmas.

This book is topping my list of bon voyage gifts.
With so many friends off to the west coast, I must make certain they have this book. As many times as I have been to visit Seattle, this book points out areas I have missed! From The Clog Factory to Claes O & Coosje vB...there is something here for everyone. A beautifully stunning tribute to a fascinating city.
