However this is my 3rd order and the bottles are different. Did they change the packaging?** A: They changed packaging and the formula. This new extra-strength serum is thinner it doesn't do the same as the original extra-strength serum. I use all the frizz ease products for many yrs. I use the coconut shampoo,coconut conditioner & Hair Spray & the extra strength serum. I have naturally curly long hair I blow dry in the winter or let it dry naturally in the summer. I really wish Jon Frieder would bring back the original extra-strength serum formula because this new one doesn't do the job and I'm very disappointed. **Q: Is this the old formula with silk or the new one with bamboo?** A: It is made with silk. There is no mention of bamboo at all on the bottle. **Q: Some pics on amazon are not reflecting actual product as the manufacturer has changed ingredients again. is this w/bamboo or the new one w/argan oil?** A: I do not know what these chemicals are but the product works well on my hair. **Q: I ordered this. What didn't I get the bamboo extract like the picture?
