I absolutely love this pre-workout. I think the company provides some of the best flavours and textures for pre-workout out there. It’s extreme edition really pushes the boat out for what’s the ideal amount of stimulus before you workout. I use to struggle getting out of bed but I started to notice with my morning routine and pre-gym workout, that I was able to focus and get in to the mood of the upcoming session and day afterwards. I didn't feel that much of a comedown with this, if i'm taking it a little while after I wake up. It settles really well into water and I also add creatine on top of this. Even though it's not needed and my personal preference. My personal favourite is "blue raspberry" just because it a true classic. I've tried several other flavours and can't get over the quality of them. The value for money is also there, with the servings you get per container. Give it a try! you won't regret.

Been using this for a few weeks now, only started working out recently since gyms have re opened since Covid, and wanted something to give me an extra push as I’m very unfit and over weight. I’ve used a powder like this before (different brand) and it was rubbish, tasted vile and made my skin tingle and itch, this one however tastes pretty decent, a bit sour but I just down it and it’s fine, gives me a good push, I’m able to work out for about 45 minutes doing various cardio and weights where as before I’d struggle doing 10 minutes fast pace walk on the treadmill! It’s a small tub but comes with a measuring scoop so it holds loads of servings. Definitely going to be sticking with this one, doesn’t upset my stomach or have any bad after effects. I’d recommend it, but if you want a really extreme push I’d say this one is probably a bit weak, however, I would’ve thought it has a different effect on everyone depending on your ability, so if you’re used to an intense workout then this may still give you an extra pump but I can only give my opinion from the point of view of an overweight and unfit person 😂

Brilliant pre-workout, tried a few other brands before this and they have not performed as well as TDN's. Taste is spot on, good ingredients and you can feel an increase in your performance. Not felt a crash like I have with other products. Highly recommend.

Overall it is a great tasting product - unfortunately for me it did not mix well with water Gives a 20-25 minute burst of energy - but for it to work as a pre-workout I needed to take it 20-25 minutes before my workout

Great product, does what you'd want and gives you a bit extra for your workouts. Flavour a little sour but mixed with a little more water than the label suggests and its fine. Definitely worth the money.

Bought this multiple times as it had the desired effect of energy and pump for the gym. The only thing this is lacking is Creatine, which i add in myself. Mixes well has a good taste and is mostly well priced, i did find myself using the double dose though so tub ran out faster. Overall another good TDN product.

Before buying this I was using a preworkout with around 175mg of caffeine per scoop and only needed one and a bit to feel really awake and energetic. I decided to try a different brand to try new flavors. A scoop of this has 150mg of caffeine and I didn’t notice the effects at all. For my next workout I tried 300mg of caffeine (2 scoops) and I noticed the effects but not close to the effects of my lower caffeine original. This also took much longer to feel effect. The flavor is quite good however but not the best I’ve ever had

This pre-workout was my first pre-workout I ever bought and I have to say it is very very good. Personally, I wasn't the biggest fan of the flavour but that is me and the flavour was definitely there and one of my friends really liked the flavour. The dosage was perfect for me as a beginner to the pre-workout world. The only negative to this product that I could say is that I found myself having to take a stronger dosage as I got used to it. This may have been me not taking it completely correctly or even building up a tolerance but even when I did need a stronger dose, it worked very well. I have recommended this product to many people and it is very good. If you are an experienced pre-workout user, I would say take a different pre-workout or use less water.
