This intake DOES NOT fit the 1.6 turbo Chevy Cruze. The part where the mass air flow sensor goes into the tube is way too small and the screws don’t line up to the sensor. Seller accused me of purchasing the wrong item.... advertised incorrectly or made very wrong by manufacturer.

If your going to install this intake it will require an extra purchase, so that the check engine light does not come on. It is an additional $10 but it will make this intake work perfect! It is called a turbonator and the one needed for this application is a size 2.5" and what you do is install it on the pipe before the mass air flow sensor. What this does is that it stops the air from being sucked inside the turbo in big amounts. That's why the check engine light comes on. Because it reads high amounts of air flow ratios. This turbonator has a spring mesh that allows it to level out the air flow ratio and not make the sensor trigger the check engine light.
