I recommend this, great guitar!
I just got this package today. I am blown away by the quality of workmanship, sound and action. The workmanship is really nice. Not perfect, but, very nice for the money. The Headstock looks high end. The tuners look like they are high quality and they feel really nice, there is no slippage. The neck feels perfect. Frets are good. There is a little sharpness on them, but, that is really minor. I will file the ends at some point, but, it is barely noticeable. Our climate is really dry here, so I'm guessing that has something to do with it. There is no buzzing on the frets. The strings are great for an inexpensive guitar. They sound fine to me. The binding is almost perfect, really close and certainly good enough for a guitar in this price range. There is noticeable wood grain on the top that is darker than the rest of the spruce. Some might not like this, it does not bother me. It gives it a bookmatched look. The inside and bracing is very neat. No chips, no extra glue. The tone is even and rings out nicely. This is a very fun guitar. Accessories include a chromatic tuner, which works really nicely. Strap, gig bag, picks, allen key, cord chart, and extra strings. The gig bag does not have padding, but is well made. This is a winner for sure, I would buy another Arcadia guitar in a heartbeat.

Fantastic deal on quality instrument!
I bought this guitar for my dad to have a spare one to play at the cabin in the mountains. He is a master guitarist and states that this guitar is great! It has a good sound, robust and strong, resonant and clear. it plays easy on the fret board, with good action, and it is made with quality laminate craftsmanship. It was easy to tune and stayed in tune after multiple days playing. To my delight, it even came strung! And it came with extra strings, a bag and a tuner. Everything was in good order and carefully packaged. There were plastic protectors over various parts of the guitar which showed extra care in the processing. The circular design is artistic and adds a nice, creative touch. The natural color of the wood looked at home in the mountains. It also came with a strap that attached easily to the guitar and fits nicely and comfortably. The tuner does need a watch-type battery but did not come with one, so you'll have to get that separately. I had never heard of this company but would absolutely buy another guitar from them again and recommend their products. This guitar package compared similarly to the Yamaha packages selling for around $150. This was an amazing deal on a great instrument!

Sounds more expensive than it is !
This is a nice looking guitar . The sides and back are linden so they don't have the beautiful grain of the mahogany guitars that I have but the sound is better than a couple of the that are much more expensive . I have seen so many reviewers say that because of size this 38 in. guitar was a great beginners guitar , and that's true . I bought this smaller guitar as a finishing player . At nearly 70 years of age my hands are not as limber as they once were an I was having trouble making some chords that required my fingers to spread wide and bend so I decided to try this smaller guitar . The shorter scale of the neck means there is just a fraction less distance to spread to make that "c" and that helps .Not only does that shorter scale help younger , shorter fingers , but it helps older stiffer ones as well . Maybe these old fingers can play a few more years . No , this is not a great guitar but it is a good playing , nice looking guitar that sounds great for the price . My only complaint is that the fret ends on mine were a bit sharp . I can smooth those up the first time I change strings . The main thing is the music that comes out and this little box sounds sweet .

excellent value.
If you can find an Arcadia- buy it-IF you're 'handy with a fret file'! It has a rich tone and is about 90% as well made as my Epihone Dreadnought, the difference is slight glue seepage at the joints, very minor imperfections in the wood selected and the finish. I love the guitar as it is light and easy to play in comparison for some reason. I keep it in the other room and I may get another Arcadia as it is the best value for mahogany neck, spruce top guitars with rosewood fingerboard. The Epiphone, by comparison had a mahogany back and has particularly warm tone. The Arcadia is an excellent value at the price, however. UPDATE: Only harmonics on the first string past the 6th fret. Could be the string, fret or nut height or bridge piece, but I will need to tend to it. I bought "OPEN BOX" and accept this for the discount. Had I expected 'absolutely new' I would request a replacement. Still love it it.UPDATE2: Adjusting the neck rod had little effect. It requires at least 1 fret be filed down slightly to compensate an apparent slight warp in the neck wood. If you are paying RETAIL at around $100, step up to an Epihone Dreadnought. IF you can get an "open-box' price the Arcadia and can use a file, have a metal-edge ruler, this is a BUY.FINAL UPDATE. Gradually tightened the neck truss rod and let it rest 2 days, eased off it then retuned the strings. After light tuning once after and now a few weeks later it is surprisingly great, needing only that light filing on the fret if at all- no buzzing, plays great now.
