My midwife recommended this sitz bath to me in particular after I had a 2nd degree tear at birth. It was very soothing and I healed up by using this twice a day for about a week! Great, quality ingredients.

SOOTHING
I found this product very soothing though had hoped it had multiple tea bags in it to use in the early weeks post partum. It is a one use item if you don't make up a large batch and save in the refrigerator.
