Not for beginners
Their are much better dessert books then this one. No pictures, no size of baking pans mentioned in recipes and each recipe has ingredients that you have to buy but only used in one recipe. I wouldn’t recommend this book. It did have a nice introduction to Keto style of eating in the front of the book.

I wouldn’t buy this again
Has many unusual ingredients, doesn’t list pan sizes for many recipes . I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

Good selection
I just read through the recipes and will definitely try some. I have been doing Keto a couple of months now with good results. It is easy for me to stay on this diet. I am ready to explore more options though. I don’t eat chocolate but some of the cheesecake and cookie recipes look interesting. Just how to make a whipped topping option for my strawberries makes it worth it.

Difficult recipes
This book is not good at all but it’s not even worth the trouble of sending back! It stated they were quick and easy desserts, they are not! They call for things normal people have never heard of, I will continue to get simple keto dessert recipes on Pinterest, it’s a little bit more trouble to get them on there but I have found lots of quick and easy keto recipes.

Desert
I have made many desserts from this book and have enjoyed most of them. Still working on finding the perfect desert that will satisfy my craving for something sweet.

Not very helpful to me.
As with a lot of Keto recipes, the recipes in this book contain a lot of ingredients that I have never heard of, and do not know where to purchase.

Disappointed
Hadn't realised it was American so all measurements are odd as are some of the ingredients. Plus no pictures to give you an idea of what they should look like. Really disappointed.

This book is just ok . The thing that lets it down is the lack of images . This is what sells recipe books !
