This is a gentle effective way to address your stress without heavy drugs
This product works. It is not a heavy sedator. You just feal calm, when you are stressed you feel like, ok this is bad but I'm ok. I take it before I go to the Dr. to help me relax, I take it at night and it helps me unwind and go to sleep. Try it!

speech clarity
after doing some research i was directed towards this product. My three year old speaks some days more than others but not very clear. I read studies have found this to help and i have to say i have to agree that is helping. He's trying to form more sentences with bigger words/syllables.
