Extremely flimsy. I had no faith in this holding my body weight so returned it for a refund and ordered the Protone suspension kit instead. Double the price but came today and is fab. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ High-quality *by A***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 July 2019* The best part of the suspension training kit is durability and carry-on. I used the TRX strap in the gym and wanted to use it at home. These are very effective at home and can be hung and used on the door. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to use quality equipment at home. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Strong but small *by O***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 March 2020* Good bit of equipment.I use it with my pt clients.Easy to put away --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/141684796-benooa-suspension-trainer-kit-fitness-training-kit-adjust-professional-suspension](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/141684796-benooa-suspension-trainer-kit-fitness-training-kit-adjust-professional-suspension) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-28*
