Maybe another way to describe the action I found with this brush is comparable to a squeegee. (this is if you apply heavy pressure with lots of paint) Turn the brush sideways and it creates great fine lines perfect for very large canvases. I also like the feeling this brush has in your hand. Without a typical handle, you can maneuver the brush in different ways to create new affects. I would highly recommend this brush to any painter that likes to experiment with different tools. The only complaint I have is the price. That's a selfish complaint, I would like to have a dozen of these brushes, but can't quite afford it at the moment. Although you get what you pay for here. You should care because the 2 is CONSIDERABLY smaller than the 4, which is what you would be buying here. Nevertheless, the brushes are nothing different from the typical great product of Liquitex. Great control, great stroke, long lasting. You must clean them and take care of them! UPDATE: I still see the 2 in. paddle in search results, but only on the desktop site. My phone doesn't show the incorrect photo, and they fixed the photo above. I sent in an "error in image" email and they told me it wasn't wrong. AH! You should care because these brushes are expensive. That's why I care, but I give up.
