This unit as well as almost all others I looked at would clamp properly on my cable. #1) the clamping fixture is immovable. Many others can be removed for proper clamping pressure. #2) the area designed to hold the wiring is too short in the first place. The materials seem to be of quality but the design is lacking. I am not currently using the item. It will probably be willed to my dependants.

What makes this plug 20A is the ground flat blade that is turned 90ºIf the hot flat blade was turned 90º it would have been for 250V instead of 125VBe sure to check the pictures and descriptions carefully for what your needs are. Quite Satisfied.

Cheap build quality but then again, it's the cheapest one on Amazon. If I were plugging and unplugging this often, I would get a higher quality plug. The hospital grade ones are awesome (but twice the price).

Can be installed for up or down location of cord location relative to electrical prongs.
