Seiki 2.0 CH Stereo Sound Bar

Quick easy hookup to my DirecTV receiver. Just turn your TV volume to 0 and you are all set. I like the size as its not too bulky to fit on top of my mantle under my 52" TV. Decent sound quality (for price). 6-8 is plenty loud for the size of my living room (13x11 open to dining room). LED display is noticeable but small enough not to distract you.Remote is touchy and small, IMO maybe could have been a little bigger. Have to aim fairly straight on to change volume. I also am not very impressed with the 4 sound options for when I am just watching TV. I settled on Music being best quality for me for normal TV programming (the others were too echo-ey or too high pitched). Minus 1 star.

I bought one. Sounds ok for the price. What I wish I had read that it supports PCM input only.If your TV, ect will not select PCM out this soundbar will not work unless as stated use the mini plug torca converter (BN39-01154g) using the headphone output from your device

Item works just fine. Got it for my mother-in-law who, despite her denial of it, is losing her hearing at age 80. Brother-in-law bought her a new TV with speakers that can't get to the decibel level necessary so she can hear the audio from across the room, which is where the couch is. The TV is modest, with only a headphone jack for audio output,which is what the soundbar is plugged into. Mother-in-law says she's happy with it -- she is not someone who says she likes something when she doesn't.If you're considering buying it, it's an analog device, (not digital). I assume you could use it with a digital-to-analog converter if your TV has digital audio output.

This was a refurbished item and it only cost $40 with shipping. This is actually an ok sound bar for the price I paid, but probably would have sent it back if I had paid full price. It has four pre-set sounds; music, movies, news and something else. These are ok, but I would rather have an equalizer.The remote control uses one of those flat round batteries which are much more expensive than a plain old AAA battery. Oh, and the battery in the remote was dead.

Good for the money

The sound bar came with remote that did not work. When I tried to get warantee by calling thier number, they make you leave a call back number. Still today, about 6 months later, still no call. I've left them about 3 call back numbers, no call.Plus, just to leave a call back number, you have to wait forever. Will never buy this type of stuff off of Amazon again. Will go to local Fry's store so its easier return.Will NEVER BUY SEIKI products ever again!

Not quite like other sound bars where you can adjust the bass and treble. Since it is being used on a TV in the bedroom, it will suffice.

It worked great. But then developed a feedback noise, so I pulled it and now just sits in front of my TV.
