From the center of the shaft to the longest arm is 9 inches I made a large clock and they are perfect for my clock

Is the black round removable, to be mounted w/o and how long is the shaft

Yes the center cover can be removed. The shaft is 1/2" to the tip.

I got a bit confused, how big is the actual round clock piece in middle, i understand length of clock hands?

the round part on clock hands is 4” that is the round black part the hands go on if you need more info please let me know
