Does not absorb any thing. They assist with steering on lifted vehicles. If he has wobbles it my be wheel balance and/or alignment

Will this work on stock height trucks 2017 F250 4x4 Factory height ??

Will not work. U need at least a 2" level kit up front for proper clearances. Factory height truck with near factory size tires shouldn't need or benefit much from a duel steering stabilizer. JMHO

Will this kit work with my 2" leveling kit?

i bought the kit for a 1 1/2" leveling kit and called the seller and he indicated to me that you need 2 1/2" lift or the control could snap the breacket off so i returned the product. in the product discription it does say you need a 2 1/2" lift.

Does this kit raise the shocks above the axle? the factory on currentlt sits just below the axle...

I think u may be confused this is dual steering stabilizers. It mounts to your diff and to the tie rod ends. When installed correctly the stabilizers will sit direct parelle to the axle on the front side obviously. The stock factory one your talking about is a steering dampener it does not get removed or replaced by this kit and will stay where it is located from the factory. However this kit does help with steering sway and wobbling so it’s worth it and the bilstein shocks look great. Hope that helps!
