These organic raw almonds have a soft meaty flavor. They have a good fresh taste. The roast quality and moisture content are perfect; they are not dried out.eat at least 26 almonds a day.

Very good and larger than the Californian ones.

These European almonds are tastier than California's in my opinion, and Idk why some people expect raw almonds to be crunchy, you would need to toast them for 12 min at 350 for lightly toasted version or 15 min for some really crunchy and toasty nuts.

Really bad. I bought them and realized when they arrived they were dry, soft and not pleasant to eat. I bought almonds before from Amazon BUT I will NEVER buy these again. Except for the few I ate I threw the entire bag out There is no value for the money if the product is old and stale.

I'm (completely satisfied) with (every aspect) of this product.

All almonds in the US sold commercially have to be pasteurized (apparently due to an outbreak years ago) and therefore are not raw. I rinse and de-hydrate them and I get avoid the acrylamide that forms (or increases) with high-temperature roasting. These have the true almond flavor that's missing in almonds sold in the US.

These organic Raw Almonds were good but not crunchy like I was use to. I probably won't purchase them again,but I have purchased them Cashews and Walnuts and they were very good.
