I was so pleased to find this excellent product on Amazon! The hospital staff had recommended Saran wrap and medical tape to make a waterproof sleeve for my PICC line. While this worked fine, it was an arduous and inconvenient process to get ready for a shower and restricted bending my elbow. This shower sleeve is a breeze to use. It is totally watertight and simple to put on and take off. It appears to be durable and has made it simple to take my daily shower while keeping my PICC line dry and protected. I wish I’d known about it earlier! It was inexpensive and now indispensable - highly recommended.

I bought two of these one marked s/m and the other marked " regular " to be sure to get the right size. They are the same size! That aside, this is a great little product, that far and away exceeds using a plastic bag. With two openings the hands are free as opposed to using a bag. The elastic is tight, which it must be to prevent leakage. I was able to shower with no fear of getting the bandages wet. For size reference, I am a man who weighs 165 lb/75kg. My arms are probably a little bigger than some as I am an avid weightlifter. Either of the above sizes provides plenty of room. I will recommend theses to my customers! RgN 10-11-19

Product worked great and allowed me to take a shower with a PICC. It is not easy to get over the PICC site and I always had help in order not to damage the sterile environment. I had a PICC and had to have some help getting it on and off. For covering non-invasive wounds you could probably do it by yourself. LG/XL fit me fine. I am a thick muscled guy. Biceps are around 17" and it fit great.

I need a waterproof arm cover for a PICC line. Pictures show how the glue separated the two pieces necessary to provide that protection from water intrusion. Product works well if glued.

This Waterproof PICC Line shower cover is perfect! It fits snug but not uncomfortable. My arm diameter is smaller than the muscular guy in advertising photo and I worried the sleeve would be too big for waterproof protection. No worries, the sleeve fit perfectly and not a drop of water seeped in (30+ showers). Easier to have someone put it on for you but not impossible to do yourself. Place your (just washed with soap) opposite hand inside the sleeve so your fingers exit at the shiny black band. With your fingers, stretch out the shiny band and fit over fingers of affected arm. Keeping your fingers stretched out, slide the sleeve up and over the dressing or line in your arm. Be sure the band is not tucked inside the sleeve and eliminate any folds in the band. The shiny band must be fully extended out on your arm without twists, folds, or kinks. depending on your cast/dressing location, you can "bunch up" the clear plastic part of the sleeve and push up the softer band over your elbow so only your upper arm is covered. Excellent comfort, outstanding durability and outstanding water resistance. Superb manufacturing. Thanks!

Someone famous (I won’t say who, but I will give a hint: he’s bald and looks a lot like the evil villain’s mini-me in Austin Powers) kissed me on my arm last week. I wanted to preserve the area where he kissed me, so I attempted to use this to keep it dry. It has worked for one week.
