I'm 5'3" 120lb. I bought size 4 and it fits nearly perfectly. It is almost too short in the torso length (crotch to neck), it pulls just slightly, but it's super flattering overall. If you consider yourself to have a long torso, I'd suggest a size up -- but it also sounds like your waist is probably smaller than mine, so maybe you would be ok. Hope this helps.
