Ok, right off the bat you will find the same brand of arch support that is "trimmable" and is about $15.00 less. If you are dealing with Plantar Facetious and have heal pain that could stop a charging rhino, then I highly recommend you spend the extra couple of dollars and purchase these. I bought 2 in total over 2 weeks. Once installed in my shoe (I removed the original insole) I could immediately walk again with no pain. After 7 weeks I no longer have pain even when I get out of bed in the morning and walk with nothing on my feet. It's not the brand of shoe that is causing you problems it's the lack of arch support. Spend the money, you will be mobile again. I am glad I did.

I have multiple pairs of these in different shoes - they're great and I can't live without these, but when I put them in a new pair of shoes, I had nothing but squeaks every time I took a step. I took a bar of soap to the plastic portions and they are nice and quiet now.

I bought these twice now in the last 2 weeks. Two different packages arrived, leaving me confused. My podiatrist recommended these but I wasn’t provided guidance on how to fit in shoes. (My opinion now is you need to buy a wider or larger shoe, at least a 1/2 size bigger.) I successfully placed the first pair (plain green) in my Skechers cushion max shoes. I bought a larger size, 9 shoe, with arch being for 7-8.5. This worked good. The Brooks I bought are a 9 wide and I can barely fit the insoles in them. I may have to return the Brooks. My doctor told me to wear the insoles 1 hr each day until I get up to 14 hours. I’m supposed to wear the shoes at all times due to plantar Fasciitis flare. I’m up to 3 hours today. I’m confused cuz of the different look and packaging of this product. Thus, one star off.

After about a week- holy cow! It has helped my foot pain a lot! Including the pain in my shin and behind the knee. Yes it took a few days, but my walking is much better now. Talking with a coworker whose arch collapsed, our pain was almost identical. I am really hoping this prevents that from happening. I cannot afford a podiatrist.

Background: I have flat feet; had plantar faciatis in my right foot a couple of years ago and currently fending it off in my left foot. I need a firm, high arch support for walking, hiking, volleyball, and spending time on a ladder, which does the most damage. Without support I'm debilitated when I wake up in the morning. I PURCHASED two arch supports for comparison, both Spenco products. First, the Spenco Rx OrthoticArch: This system has a firmer, longer base; its arch is not as high as the Total Support; as less-pronounced heel cup; and while softer to the touch, my foot seems to slip on it more compared to the other model. The problem is that the arch support goes all the way across to the lateral arch, so it is like standing on a rigid bar. Now, the outside of the foot needs support, but not raised so much. I will try and heat the plastic so I can flatten the appropriate sides. 3-STARS. Second, the Total Support: This is a "semi-rigid" insole, but provides lots of support; it has a higher, firmer arch which for me, works better; it has a more-pronounced heel cup and the fabric less "slippery" so I don't slide around on it; it also has added shock absorption cushions in the heel. I didn't even realize it, but after wearing this for a day I woke up without pain in my feet the next day. This model works best for me. 5-STARS.

My cobbler introduced me to this brand and I haven’t looked back since. I was getting terrible migraines and what I thought was sciatic pain. Cobbler suggested trying these inserts even though I was wearing high-end shoes. Sounds weird but an absolute GAME CHANGER with my migraines. Your feet are your foundation and when they’re off, everything above them is off. Back pain is gone. Rear end pain is gone. Headaches only come when I wear shoes without these inserts. Been buying these for years now. Got my spouse hooked. Recommend for those who are on their feet most of the day.

Me han gustado mucho. No tengo ningún problema podológico en particular. Sin embargo, se siente mucha diferencia al caminar o correr distancias largas. Tambíen si se tiene pronación o supinación mejora la pisada.

I need to return them. How do I do that. They just aren't the right fit.

Excellent product. I use these as inserts in regular shoes to cycle and they stiffen up the shoe to prevent foot soreness and pain.

Sizing was a little off - didn't fit in my shoe. Ended up cutting off the edges to make it work and feels reasonably comfortable
