And nearly and so it can be stored easily , great product , great price , high recomend ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Helps with pain *by S***T on 22 November 2020* I bought this when the osteopath said my back was very stiff. After an injury I found my Pilates reformer caused more pain and I stopped using it hence the stiffness. For the lower back this gives twists and stretches you would get with a yoga class but on the lower intensity is not too rough. I use it every other day. I don't find it quite as good on the upper back. I did find it gave me a lot of pain relief which helped because I need to walk my dogs twice a day and I am comfortable most of the time.
